PERSPECTIVE DEVELOPMENT

In-depth understanding of client’s tastes & Preferences, lifestyle, professions, life stage, budget, aesthetics & functional needs, native inclinations, family members (elderly, kids, pets) and their individual needs, site location and a lot more.

CONCEPT & RENDERS

First cut presentation of Project outline, Key offerings, budget & time frames, mood boards, theme and palettes. It is followed by a detailed Space Plan, facilitated with 2D & 3D renders (highlighting placements, colours, lighting, furniture & accessories).

MATERIAL SELECTION

Finalising of wood & other base materials, finishes, textures, colours & designs, floorings (tiles & marbles) followed by the procurements ranging from lights, curtains, rugs, upholstery and wallpapers to kitchen appliances & fittings, sanitaryware, etc.

EXECUTION

All woodwork related materials are sent to our in-house workshop, where your factory-made furniture is manufactured with minimal scope of error, by our seasoned craftsmen. Once ready, these are installed at the site by the same team.

Why do I need an Interior Design Firm?

Do you provide design services only, or do you also give turnkey services?

Based in Gurgaon, we are a one-stop-shop for all home renovation related services. Our service portfolio covers Design Services, Turnkey solutions, and a wide range of Customised Furniture. We also provide Floorings, Paints & Wallpapers, Aluminium Doors & Windows, False Ceiling, Electrical & Plumbing Works, Air Conditioning & VRF and CCTV Installations. With an in-house manufacturing facility, we provide Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, all kinds of Bespoke Furniture, TV/Crockery/Bar units, Vanities and more.

What wood materials, finishes & accessories do you provide?

We take pride in our substantial experience of having worked with every material available in the market. Our clients can choose from a wide range of engineered wood materials – Termite Proof & Waterproof (HDHMR, Boilo, Waterproof Ply/Board, Birch Ply, Bison Board) and Commerical Ply, MDF and Particle Board. Under finishes, we provide Laminates, UV Board, Acrylic, Lacquered Glass, PU and Melamine Finish. We provide all kinds of accessories from major domestic and international brands like Hettich, Sleek, Inox, Blum & Kaff.

How much warranty do you provide on the products?

We give five years warranty on all products manufactured at our in-house production facility. In the case of all other accessories, appliances, equipment and lightings, we pass on the same warranty to you as provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

What is your Payment Schedule for undertaking a project?

After the client’s approval on quotation and signing of the contract, we take a 20% advance before commencing the work. The second payment of 50% needs to be done within seven days of commencement of work to enable material procurement. During structure completion, 20% payment is for final finishing and the remaining 10% on final delivery. Please note that GST at the rate of 18% applies to the services that we provide.

What are your Terms & Conditions for undertaking a project?

1) We stand firm with our promise of delivering what the customer has approved of in the contract. Any and every minor revision gets mentioned in the quotation after the client’s confirmation. 2) In case of extra customisations or design iterations, we charge an additional cost. 3) If a client wants to have accessories out of our provision, they will have to pay the additional/differential price.

Do you work on a model where the client provides you with the materials?

To ensure the quality of our finished products, we source all materials from our trusted vendors only. However, we understand and respect our clients’ wishes. So, we have a DIY model wherein we can help you with the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) only provide with the Design Consultation and Project Management Services.

Do you provide packages like online renovation platforms do?

No, we do not provide predefined packages. We strongly believe that one-size-doesn’t-fit-all and respect the singularity of each client of ours. They are provided with bespoke offerings, enabling them to cherry-pick even the finest details. Also, predefined packages conceal the cost of individual elements included in them. Our relationships are built on trust and we cannot compromise with transparency at any level.
